  • Students must bring their almanac everyday to school.
  • Sudents should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform must be worm on all working days.Fine Rs-10/- will be imposed for not being in proper uniform.
  • Boys could get their hair trimmed at regular intervals and keep them small.
  • Shouting and whistling is not allowed in the school.
  • Parents are requested not to visit the students in the classroom during school hours.
  • Name,class and section of the students should be clearly marked on all belongingsof the students.
  • Students are warned against buying any eatables from strreet vendors.They must always bring tiffin from home.Tjhey are not permitted to attend parties,go to a cinema or a friend’s house on their way back from school, if availing the school transort.
  • Girls should not apply nail polish or mehendi during the school session. Fine of Rs.-10/- will be charged.
  • All students are expected to be present for assembly during which they pray together.
  • The Principal has the right confiscate books,newspapers,mobiles,periodicals or any other items which may be considered objectionable in the school.
  • All students must speak in english during school hours.
  • Money should not be lent or borrowed or articals exchanged between one another in the school premises
  • Regular defaulters in uniform , habitual late comes, notorious characters, students irregular in studies will be wxpelled without warning.
  • No rescheduling for FA’s & SA’s will be there, So kindly make sure that your child is regular during assessments.

  • Parents are requested to read and sign the almanac everyday.
  • All the communication must be addressed to the principal.
  • No child will be allowed to leave the permission before the school gets over unless permission has been granted , in writing.
  • Parent must attend parent-teacher meeting regularly. Parents are welcome to meet teachers on the PTM days at the allotted timings.
  • For excellence in studies and better results ,It is important that both the parents take interest in their ward and know the names and faces of his/her teachers and meet them atleast once a month in parents teacher meeting.
  • Children must reach the school atleast 10 minute before the first bell rings
  • All the students must be encouraged by the parents to converse in English at home also.
  • Parents are requested not to permit their wards to miss their classes merely for social functions.
  • It is compulsory for all children to attend all functions and festivals celebrated in the school A fine of Rs 100/- will be charged for absence.
  • Once the child has come to school ,parents and guardians are not permitted to take him/her back early before school hours unless there is an emergency. In such cases permission of the principal is mandatory.
  • Parents must know that no teacher is allowed to take private tuitions; therefore they must not press the teachers of this school for home tuition .At the same time inform the school if any of the teachjers insists for the same.
  • No half day leave is permitted. In case of any family function or other programme, Please do not send the child to school.
  • Leave applications must reach school latest by the next day.In case the absence is of more that 15 consecutive days without information, the name of child shall be struck off roles.
  • Nonpayment of any dues shall render the child not eligible to sit in the classroom.
  • Please notify the principal immediately, if any address or telephone no.of your ward have changed.
  • The principal has the authority to suspend or demand the withdrawal of the students for any reason considered right satisfactory so that the step is being taken in the interest of the institution.
  • Transfer certificate will be issued ten days after the submission of the application , if there are no dues pending towards the school.
  • Security will be refunded only one month after the student’s name has been struck off the rolls or the student leave school.
  • Only school note-books should be used.Your ward will not be allowed to use copies from inside.
  • All parents should be aware that it is compulsory for their ward to participate in the co-curricular activities of the school. They should encourage and be ready to incure the expenses of such activities of their wards.
  • It is compulsory for the students to take part in school activities.Parents with a narrow minded outlook should not admit their children in this institution. For practice and rehearsals pupils may have to come on holidays or say after school hours.Parents should always co-operate .Participation in co-curricular activities is deemed compulsory by the school authorities.No one has the right to refuse participation.
